Mom & Pop diner. Comfort food. I had the Gyros Supreme. The food was great and the owner served us herself. The gyros tasted authentic (for Iowa, this is not Greece) and feta cheese, onions and tomatoes were included with the meal. The tzaziki sauce was homemade and good. The owners were friendly and personable. Greeted us coming in and thanked us as we left.
They have been in business for over 15 years with a winning combination.

The owners are a fun Greek couple. I think they’ve been running the place for 14-15 years.
The gyro meat is fresh off the spit, rather than some rubbery freezer formed patties.

The food was pretty good. The service was great. The open area of the dining room is small but that was fine because not many people were there. My 9 year old son who absolutely loves burgers said this burger didn’t taste like a regular burger and he rated it a 3, but he ate it all. My husband and I enjoyed our Gyros.

I loved this place... It used to be fairly priced. 2 gyro meals .. plus the buy 2 get one free baklava plus 2 drinks ( in which it's apparent they don't clean the lines even the new starry was AWFUL... Only took one drink)cost 37 dollars. It made me sad. I got the smallest pieces of baklava ( all 3 together the size of my hand) and the fries were cold... Mild sauce was an extra charge and it's basically sweet baby Ray's sauce...
At first glance, this is a non assuming corner eatery and when you walk in that assumption does not change. Greeted by a lady that knows what she’s doing, if you don’t know what you want she will quickly set you straight. I loved the place, I loved the food. I might have paid double for the gyro plate. It was the most delicious gyro I have ever eaten. Could not be happier with my experience.
These gyros are some of the best I’ve had. I love their taziki sauce. The gyro portion is large, I always get at least 2 meals out of it. I do wish the onions and tomatoes were cut a little smaller but that is easy enough to do myself. The owner has always been very nice and accommodating. We typically call ahead to order and eat at home. She saw that I had my toddler son with me and told me next time to call when I arrived and she would bring my order out to me. We order from her at least 2 times a month and have never been disappointed.
Absolutely incredible gyro. Probably the best I've had yet. Highly recommend
